Remote Area.
Client needs to travel approx. 100 km every day to monitor the site because it’s completely cash transaction business.
Client needs to check the number of loads each truck carries per day as there is no automated system to monitor this activity. So monitoring the truck loading frequency is key for this business .
Client has multiple sites at far-off places and he can’t be physically be present at multiple locations at the same time .At the same time due to criticality of the situation ,client has almost finalized with some operator to invest approx. 50 lakh for live monitoring the site. The cost mentioned is too high because it’s complete forest area.
Customer has his head office in Bangalore and he wants to monitor the remote site from his office also the recording should happen at both locations.

Configuration completed beyond the customer expectation. Customer is now able to view the live status of his site remotely sitting at his office. He is now able to concentrate his business sitting at his head office rather than running around and saving his precious travel time to the site.
Outcome
Customer has requested QCS to replicate the same solution for his other site and appreciated the team for completing the task as much lesser cost compared to other System Integrators. Also some other customers in the area into similar situation are planning to use QCS services to solve similar challenge of theirs.
